Specialist Outpatient Clinics based in Lublin, zip code 20-607. This is a private health care facility that provides specialist dermatological services for local community and also conducts clinical trials in Dermatology, Aesthetics Medicine, Allergology, Metabolic disorders and Rheumatology.

We are actively looking for opportunities to cooperate with CROs as well as sponsors/pharmaceutical.

We specialize in dermatology clinical trials (psoriasis, atopic eczema, acne, alopecia areata, prurigo nodularis, hidradenitis suppurativa, vitiligo), aesthetic medicine (aesthetic fillers, botulinum toxin, rejuvenating topicals), metabolic disorders (diabetes, obesity) and rheumatology/immunology (psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia).

Our staff consists of three full time dermatologists, two internal medicine doctors, two experienced study coordinators, two nurses and reception desk. All members of our study team are fluent in English and have valid ICH-GCP certificates.

We maintain highest standards in clinical trials conduct, focus on quality, timeliness and effectiveness. We have a management system in place, based on standard operating procedures (SOP).

We guarantee a fast and accurate feasibility process, based on a detailed analysis of patient databases. After the initial approval of the research program, we usually finalize contracting and business negotiations (on our part) within 3 weeks.

Since 2022 we conducted 2 clinical trials, phase 2 and 3. We were top recruiter in some of them.

We mainly provide services to patients from the Lubelskie province, but also the surrounding provinces: Podlaskie, Mazowieckie, Świętokrzyskie and Podkarpackie.

During the years of our doctors medical practice, we noticed a huge demand for the participation of the citizens of our region in clinical trials.

Patient recruitment is excellent due to a developed network of referring clinicians working in neighbouring hospitals.

Our own patient database allows us to quickly reach out to eligible patients.

We offer cost-effective service whilst delivering the highest level of quality and safety.

We are currently conducting two phase II/III and III studies – atopic dermatitis and spontaneous chronic urticaria.

2 consulting rooms, 2 surgery rooms (one with limited access)
sample processing laboratory
certified medical equipment neccessary for clinical trials
2 centrifuges, one with refrigeration
security alarmed -20C, – 80C freezer and refrigerated drug storage (2-8 C), all equipped with thermometers
scale, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, ECG
fully equipped social area with kitchenette and bathroom for the CRAs/sponsor’s visits/ audits
access to a photocopier, scanner and fast wireless internet, fast wireless internet
security monitoring, back up power system
